🆕 Version 8.3 (February 2026)

Major Release — Simplified Installation & New Features

  • Single Installer — No more prerequisite downloads. Everything bundled in one Setup.exe. Eliminates 9 separate installers (SQL CE, ReportViewer, SQLSysClrTypes, AccessDatabaseEngine).
  • Transaction Report — New report with bank, date, payee, and amount filters. Export to PDF and Excel.
  • Voucher Printing — Print vouchers with customizable signature lines and professional layout.
  • Address Book Redesign — Modern resizable interface with live search, Excel import/export using hybrid EPPlus/Interop approach.
  • User Management Overhaul — Consolidated tabbed interface replacing five separate security forms.
  • Removed GSM SMS — Legacy GSM modem SMS feature discontinued. SMS Management via API still available.
  • PDF Reports — Migrated from Microsoft ReportViewer to QuestPDF for modern PDF generation.
  • Performance — Removed 20+ unused dependencies, faster startup, smaller installation footprint.
  • SQL CE Private Deployment — Database engine bundled with app, no system-wide installation required.
